The Philanthromax Normative Analysis of Income Advancement (NAIA) is the only product available that uses a proprietary analytical process to identify and quantify new income opportunities, maximize existing revenue streams, and minimize associated costs.

The Philanthromax Normative Analysis of Income Advancement (NAIA) is designed for the purposes of:

  1. Evaluating the nonprofit organization’s current income development efforts, programs and systems.
  2. Identifying and quantifying opportunities for the organization to increase revenue from established sources.
  3. Identifying and quantifying opportunities for the charity to establish revenue streams from new sources.
  4. Identifying and quantifying opportunities for the charity to control costs and expenditures related to income advancement efforts, programs and systems.
  5. Establishing realistic timeframes for the realization of opportunities listed in 2-4 above.

The NAIA uses as the basis for analysis data related to the STRATEGIC PLANNING, GOVERNANCE, MANAGEMENT, MESSAGING, STRUCTURE, and STAFFING functions of the client organization. Evaluative output from the NAIA is categorized by income activity, which may include but is not limited to: PLANNED GIVING, SPECIAL EVENTS, DIRECT RESPONSE, MAJOR GIVING, FOUNDATION GRANTS, CORPORATE GRANTS, and CAUSE RELATED MARKETING.
